Weekend in Michigan
At the beach on Lake Michigan.
Chloe really wanted to go back home as soon as she got to the beach....ugh!
After about 1 mile of walking up and down stairs we were all pretty tired. Close to Holland, where our friends Kat and Dave live, there are many dunes that edge right up to the lake. Some of the dunes are practically their own mountains and have small forests growing out of them.

Sorry Chloe didn't like our beach! We'll have to try again another summer. :-)
