Yes... you assumed correctly, Chloe cut her hair :( It was an innocent craft time w/ scissors, stickers and paper, until mom stepped away.... I think I cried more than Chlo, alas, she's still cute as a button and now her hair is super healthy and well-kept looking. Her days of pampering at the salon have begun!
